We look at people as though they have six different personality types within them
We don’t categorise people, but we look at all the six levels that make up a personality…. is the person using their beliefs, facts, feelings, likes/dislikes when addressing situations
This offers a trusted and successful approach to relationship management and interpersonal relations
We don’t negatively evaluate people, but appreciate their differences
This lets us communicate with each person in their own perceptual language
Language is an important factor in communication, by using PCM we are able to get a message across using individual perceptual languages
We use a language that isn’t foreign to an individual and are able to communicate to them on their interaction preference
