(PC-98 Remix) Stage 2 - Silver Surfer

Legit OPNA+86PCM cover of the Stage 2 theme from Silver Surfer (NES) made in PMD MML

Talk about an underrated track huh, I know Tim Follin did a superb job on the Title Theme and Stage 1 as well but I've always enjoyed this one more than those. I was shocked to find out there are barely any remixes of this track (also some friends didn't even know there was a Stage 2 theme) so I decided to do something about it.

Personally I think this is the best thing I've ever done on the YM2608, or even FM-related. I took special care to not only do the soundchip justice, but the original track as well, because converting a 4-channel track to 11 channels isn't an easy feat, unlike doing the opposite. So, 70% of the time I spent on this was related to brainstorming what to do in each section, but it was worth it, I'm really proud of the result.

By the way, I'll be uploading some of the tracks/rips I've made for the past months here in the following weeks. I feel this channel is too pc98 touhou remixes-focused, and while I love doing these it's only a fraction of what I do so please bear with me if you're here only for this content.
