For (his alter ego) Phil Burnell, it is the vision that he can acquire wealth and happiness with Kat in Renton, gateway to the land of gated communities. As they slip into debt (supposedly) and get dragged into a streaming underworld of scammers, beggers, and liars, they discover that appearing offline does not fucking stop it on the website that worships bit cheers and sub counts, and is a heaven for those who actually earn them and a living nightmare for those who don't.

The 0utsyder returns to Liberty City yet again, to deliver the next gripping episode of Dave's foray into the land of begging, lying, and scamming. Needless to say much toxicity and many shenanigans ensue.
