Leiden is a university city. It is the oldest university of the Netherlands (1575) and has 7 faculties. On this walk we will visit the hortus botanica, which is part of the Leiden University. We will also walk past some other highlights as the city hall, the citizen force, a windmill and the morspoort, an old city gate from 1669.
