🧾 1. Log in to WatchGuard Support Center
Go to 👉 https://www.watchguard.com/support
Then click “Sign In” using your WatchGuard account credentials (the same account used for product registration or WatchGuard Cloud).
🧰 2. Access “My Support”
After logging in, go to Support Center → My Support → Open a Case.
🆕 3. Click “Open a Case”
Select “Create a New Case” (or “Open a Case”) to start your request.
📋 4. Fill in Case Details
You’ll need to provide:
Product Type (e.g., Firebox, AuthPoint, Cloud, etc.)
Serial Number or Account ID
Issue Type (configuration, license, network issue, etc.)
Detailed Description of the problem
Attachments (like screenshots, config files, or logs — optional but helpful)
⏳ 5. Submit the Case
Click Submit.
You’ll receive a Case Number via email and can track progress under My - - -- Cases in the Support Portal.
☎️ 6. For Urgent Cases
If it’s urgent (network down / critical issue), you can also:

Or request a callback from a Support Engineer.
