In one of the favorite holiday traditions of the Chico Police Officers' Association, Blue Santa made a holiday visit to youngsters at the Boys & Girls Club of the North Valley - delivering a bag full of chocolate goodies! Every child at the center also gets to choose a toy for the holiday season!
