FAQ Tips #1: Overcoming settlement size limits without mods & Color Light Bulbs

Greetings fellow Wastelanders! This "Frequently Asked Questions" Tip video will cover the two most commonly asked questions on my videos. First we will go into the Settlement Size Glitch which allows you to clear your settlement size bar without the use of mods. Second, I'll show you the color light bulbs (aka Cycling Lights) and how to use them.
This video was done on a Playstation 5 using the "Fallout 4" Game of the Year Edition. I do have Creation Club Creations installed but I do not use them in this video. I do not utilize any building mods.

Apologies for some of the long pauses in the video. I was being extra conservative when recording, leaving plenty of space for extra commentary but I decided less was more when it came to hearing from me in this video. :)
