At the data collection stage, we may import the data into excel in order to correct, clean, validate or verify and then process them. Data would be the combination of qualitative and quantitative components including categorical and numerical data. Thanks to Excel, all can be done easily. Here importing data from SQL database into excel is explained. Macro is used for fetching the data. It is explained how the SQL query can be executed and the received data set is stored in a worksheet.
