Making & selling WOODCHIPS w MAN & VOLVO | Forestry on RENNEBU | FS22 Platinum Edition | Episode 12

Today we are in Rennebu and we have to turn the logs we have left over into woodchips. For that job, we need a woodchipper and truck for transporting the woodchips. So we jumped into Mercedes Sprinter and headed to the local dealer to get the woodchipper. When we arrived, we sent the worker in a Mercedes Sprinter to the mountaintop and we talked with the manager. He let us borrow MAN TGX 26.880 with Jenz woodchipper on the back. We jumped into the truck and headed to the mountaintop. After we got there we parked the truck in position and then we jumped back into the Mercedes Sprinter and headed to the local mine. When we arrived there, we parked the Mercedes Sprinter and then we spoke with the manager. He let us borrow Volvo FMX 500 HKL truck with a trailer and two containers. We jumped into the truck and drove it up to the mountaintop where we turned it around and parked it in position. Then we jumped into MAN TGX 26.880 truck and unfolded the woodchipper and then turned it on. Using the crane on the woodchipper we loaded logs into the woodchipper where they got chipped into woodchips. Woodchips got unloaded into the containers on the truck and trailer. It took us some time to get them full but we managed to do it. Then we folded the woodchipper and moved the truck out of the way. When that was done we jumped into Volvo FMX 500 and headed to the selling point. The containers on the truck and trailer can hold up to 80 cubic meters of woodchips. So we had a pretty good load and we had to drive it very slowly down the mountain. After some driving, we arrived at the selling point and parked the truck and trailer, and then spoke with the manager. We agreed on the price and then we unloaded the woodchips. We ended up making around 13.000 euros from selling the woodchips we made. When that was done we returned all the equipment we borrowed and we paid for it. Then we returned back to the house with the Mercedes Sprinter and we parked it inside the garage and headed inside the house to take a break.
