First time on the Ice in 4 months!
This was a 1 hour private lesson with my buddy Matt Morrissey who was the other goalie on the ice with me. By the second half of the lesson I was just gassed. Much more cardio that I'm used to playing goalie and for such a long lay off.

But great fun and nice to do this with a buddy. Would highly recommend to do something like this before you get back into your first game following the Covid-19 layoff.
