In this New Year’s Eve video, I challenge the traditional “new year, new you” mindset and offer something more meaningful: six powerful reflection questions to help you look back on the past year and intentionally design the next one.

Instead of rushing into resolutions, we slow down and reflect on:
What gave you energy—and what drained it
Which relationships brought life (and which need boundaries)
How your mindset has changed
Your biggest highs and lows
Who you want to become next year
What to start, stop, and keep doing

This reflection-first approach helps engineers and professionals create sustainable growth, not short-lived motivation.
