Gopal has a strange and amusing dream in which Raja’s hair and mustache are completely removed. Troubled by the dream, Gopal believes it to be a sign and rushes to Raja to get it done in real life. Raja sits on the barber’s chair as the barber begins shaving, leaving Raja with half his hair and half his mustache shaved off. Gopal watches nervously as Raja realizes something is terribly wrong. What started as a dream soon turns into a shocking and hilarious situation, leaving everyone stunned at the barber shop.

Stories about his exploits are narrated in Bengal to this day and are immortalized in countless short stories. The stories are short, beautiful, humorous and have a specific social message. Gopal Bhar is famous for stories of his wisdom, in which he outwits other fellow courtiers."
