It is deeply rooted in the concept of *Nadi Tattwa* and **Prana**, which involves understanding the flow of breath through the nostrils and its connection to the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
Key Concepts of Swara Yoga
Nadi and Prana: Swara Yoga emphasizes the importance of the **Ida**, Pingala, and Sushumna Nadis. The Ida Nadi is associated with the left nostril and lunar energy, while the Pingala Nadi is associated with the right nostril and solar energy. **Tattwa Sadhana**: This practice involves analyzing the breath to recognize the elements (tattwas) and using techniques like trataka (steady gazing) on yantras or one's shadow to enhance willpower and psychic awareness.
**Chhayopasana**: A practice where one gazes at their shadow, often performed during specific times like early morning, to gain insight into past, present, and future.
