Sorry about the quality, just wanted to get this up to show how I tackle this fight. When I first tried it I thought it was too hard and there were no safe spots, but after lots of deaths I pretty much accidentally did something like this. Afterwords I realized it was actually a very solid strategy, and makes the fight pretty easy. This is probably the worst this strategy has ever gone (go figure, the one time I record it), but at least this also gives you an idea of what to do if the enemies want to be assholes and follow you back there.
The idea is to lure the Atlas down to where you are and for the enemies to fall in behind him. When the Atlas gets about where I let him get to, the narrow pathway up there should be clear (an enemy or two at most), at which point you can make a break for the back. The cover back there is excellent and the Cerberus troops should be easy to pick off. Once it's down to just the Atlas he is easily kited around the spot I use.
I wasn't going to do this with an Infiltrator but I wanted one last run with them and I made sure not to use Cloak to get to the back (so this strategy would be viable for other classes). Infiltrators are going to be godly in this game, they rip the demo apart.
