Watch the sparks as I film the full journey from East Croydon to Brighton aboard a Gatwick Express Class 442.
No more than 30 seconds worth of the journey has been excluded, however I did need to cut some areas out quickly whilst I cleaned the camera lens free of water and dirt. Unfortunately some sound has been inaccurately recorded - only to be expected with wind going into the microphone at 90 mph.
Station names and interesting locations are marked with annotations. If you find these annoying, you can go to your channel avatar in the top right corner, click the grey cog and Open the Playback section, before unticking the box marked "Show annotations, channel promotions and interactive cards on videos.
East Croydon to Brighton in just under 40 minutes!
This was the 1A20 1537 London Victoria to Brighton service, Calling at Clapham Junction, East Croydon and Brighton.
Poking a camera out of the window will soon be a difficult task as electrostars are taking over the Victoria to Brighton.
