What is primal movement? I get asked this question a lot, so I made a video that details all the aspects of this movement practice. I share the structure that I use in my personal practice, in my movement programs and with my 1:1 clients. This is a bodyweight training practice that incorporates full body movement in all planes of motion making it an amazing practice to build strength, mobility and athleticism.
This video will provide you with a clear understanding of what primal movement is, how primal movement fits into your training, the benefits of practicing along with several ways that you can get started, regardless of your level. This applies to beginners and those experienced with movement.
