VR80 LASER AND RED DOT TUNING for in home use!

Much to my surprise I was wrong about making the laser match the red dot as far as up close shots count. The laser is very close to the barrel but the red dot is offset almost 2" high. Most shooters simply offset the full 2 inches by aiming high with a red dot. I wanted the gun to hit spot on at 10 yards with BOTH THE red dot and the laser. So today we check and tune the red dot and the laser to make that happen. I had the laser pretty close but I knew the red dot was off a little. After today they will be RIGHT ON!
Most of the time with buck shot it is not SUPER CRITICAL to be "perfect" but with a modified choke its a good idea to treat the shot gun the same as a rifle since you group side will be "FIST" size at 10 yards! I also slightly enlarged the 3 gas ports in the barrel to give just a little more speed on bolt drive during ejection. I DID make a small difference and makes sure that I can let my grand sons shoot some of the Winchester SUPER TARGET light loads from Walmart with ZERO malfunctions. No one wants a semi auto shotgun to run like a bolt action for each and every shot. Heck most shooter want to just AIM AND SHOOT without thinking about the gun loading and ejecting ALL BY ITSELF IN A SMOOTH RELIABLE MANNER!
