In past years increasing housing stock and higher sales rates often fuelled house
price inflation, however currently the reverse seems to be happening with a downturn
in values. Why is this? Is this downturn of values likely to continue, if so, for how long?
Head of UK Residential Research Tom Bill discusses this and many other questions with Property TV's resident property consultant Stephen Galpin JP.
