Welcome to Miniatur Wonderfland in Hamburg, Germany.
This video is what happens when a very tired 50-something spends 2 hours in a delirious haze after travelling for 10 hours across a broken DB railway network (at least I had a seat). I've wanted to visit this place for years, and although the visiting slots are very limited at high season, it's worth the wait and the planning and the money.
It is without doubt the most amazing model world I have ever seen.
So in the interests of responsible story - telling I sent all the video to my teenage nephew to edit. The resulting video is a jazzy, breezy and occasionally potty-humored experience not to be missed.
