Slovenia refuses to give up control of the checkpoints and border patrol of the Slovenia borders. Tensions with Serbia continue to grow.
ABC News interviews Jelko Kacin , the Information minister for the Yugoslavian breakaway republic of Slovenia. Kacin insists that Slovenians always had manned the checkpoints and therefore there is no "giving the checkpoints back."
