Welcome to Week 4 of our discipleship series!
Last week, we explored The Call and Lifestyle of a Disciple—the internal transformation of those who choose to follow Jesus: identity, habits, and daily commitments.

This week we shift to the external evidence of a true disciple:

🍇 What Is the Fruit of a Disciple?

The fruit is the visible evidence that you are walking with Jesus. It looks like:

• Christlike character (Galatians 5:22–23)
—Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
We break down each one biblically and practically—how it looks, how it works, and why it matters.

• Obedience that leads to transformation (John 15:8)
Slow obedience is still disobedience. Partial obedience is still disobedience. Transformation comes through abiding and obeying.

• Influence that blesses others
Your light should glorify God—not your ego.

• Multiplication—making new disciples
Fruit produces fruit. Healthy disciples reproduce healthy disciples.

🌍 The Mission of a Disciple

The call is the invitation.
The mission is what you actually do.

Jesus commanded us to:

✔ Make disciples of all nations
✔ Preach the gospel
✔ Teach and train others
✔ Baptize
✔ Be His witnesses
✔ Heal the sick, cast out demons, bring God’s Kingdom near

The mission is not optional—it is the assignment every disciple receives.

🌿 Roots & Fruit: A Disciple’s Life

Think of your walk with God like a tree:

Roots → deep relationship, obedience, inner transformation
Fruit → changed character, changed behavior, new disciples, mission fulfilled

You cannot have the mission without discipleship, and you cannot have true discipleship without mission.

🔥 The Impact of True Discipleship

When discipleship is real, entire communities change:

• Identity and purpose are restored
• Families are transformed
• Governments and nations shift
• The fruit of the Spirit becomes visible
• Holiness becomes the standard

Where there is no fruit, discipleship is lacking.

⛪ A Call to Examine the Fruit

If God examined the fruit of your life today…
Would it reveal that you know Him—or only that you’ve heard of Him?

Your gifts, calling, and purpose are not for excitement or spiritual moments—they are for obedience.
Don’t bury what God placed in you.
Let the Holy Spirit fill every part of your life and produce fruit that lasts.
