Putin doesn't like that rules-based order and what he did was a frontal assault, to rip it apart. And what the Chinese are doing is watching to see if it gets ripped apart. We're in the 80th year, and if that rules-based order gets ripped apart, then you'll be doubling your defense budget in a heartbeat. You'll be going back to 300 aircraft carriers, because you'll need to brace for the next great power war. "
