We’ve called ourselves the “plasterboard pros” (as a joke, of course 😂) because the reality is we’re total DIYers learning on the job. We’ve taken on plaster boarding ourselves to save money on our dream renovation, and while it takes us a LOT longer than the professionals, we’re improving with every single board!
In this episode of our DIY home renovation series, we finally finish plaster boarding the ceiling in our open plan living space and move on to the most exciting stage yet — painting the walls for the very first time. Some of the spaces are starting to feel more like a home than a building site.
We’re now so close to moving in, but the final push over the next few weeks is going to be tough.
