Almond cupcake is a sweet and fluffy cupcake made with almond flour and topped with crunchy almond slices. It's the perfect combination of nutty and sweet flavors, making it a popular choice among dessert lovers.
ingredients :
½ cup Milk
1 tbsp Vinegar
1,3/4 cups Flour
¾ cup Sugar
½ tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Baking powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup Oil
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Almond essence
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
¼ cup Almond Flour
50 g Almond flakes
How to prepare:
1- First, mix milk and vinegar and set aside
2- Sift the flour and mix sugar, almond powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt and set aside.
3- In the mixture of milk and vinegar, add the egg and whisk. Then pour almond essence and oil and whisk.
4- Pour the liquid mixture on the flour mixture and mix with a whisk
5- Pour the cake batter into the cake capsules and sprinkle almond flakes on the cupcakes and place in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 15 minutes.
