some thoughts about breathing exercise
respiration is a highly complex affair, by the way it just happens automatically. our life begins with the first breath and it ends with the last exhale, we're all "connected" through the air, invisible, all together. the exchange of oxygen and carbon monoxide are arranged by mother nature, and perfectly regenerated. we mostly dont pay much attention on our breathing.
in our present time, we humans are burdened with many difficulties and our breath pattern changes, often without our recognition. our breath is "superficial" and we lose power at various levels.
there are different ways to do the meditation exercise. the easiest exercise is to breathe with the music into the lower abdomen, in a four beat rhytm, in and out. no colour and no chakra position. close youre eyes and just breathe with the music....
physically disabled people can do breathing exercise.
old people can do.
for people who cannot sleep
just relaxation
breathing exercises help especially - people with depressive moods, is a real alternative or supplement to a therapist work.
