Tristan is one of those bands that will give you trouble describing the music to others. Like in many cases, this is a positive. Tristan dares to wander from the path of tried and tested song structures or chord progressions and does so majestically. The result is a wonderful combination of dramatic atmospheres and synth tapestries with a dynamic vocal slicing through it all.
