James Bond vs Reality: How the Real MI6 Operates

The British intelligence agency MI6 (or the Secret Intelligence Service, SIS) is the United Kingdom’s foreign intelligence organization. It gathers information abroad to protect national security, combat terrorism, cyber threats, and the spread of weapons of mass destruction. Its operations are classified, and its headquarters is located in London.
