This is the 2nd of the 2-part Cold and Dark aircraft start-up tutorials. Please be sure to first view Tutorials #1.0 to #1.3 to ensure that the aircraft is truly cold and dark and is correctly set up to start.
This final part steps you through the procedures to get to a working cockpit in this highly replicated aircraft.
Just like you do not want to start with the STARTING checklist right away (find out why in the video) please also do NOT skip the previously numbered tutorials, as each one build on the next.
It is also a bad idea to make assumptions of how things should work and jump right into the jet by setting the sim to start with our engines (that is NOT C&D in this aircraft) and start flipping switches around -- fair warning, you WILL become frustrated, as each aircraft is different. C-560XL pilots follow their checklists. Be like them, and do what real pilots do -- be methodical and follow the 100% real-world checklists included with tis jet. That's a formula for success and to help you enjoy may hours of bug-free flying!
