We got home a few minutes later. Deedee went to the kitchen and grabbed the eggs out of the fridge.
"What are you doing?"
"Finna cook dinner."
"It's like 6:30."
"Blake. It's never too late to eat breakfast." She opened the cabinet and tried reaching for the bowl. I laughed as I watched her struggle.
"Blake, I need help."
I put my bag down and went to help her. "Here you go shorty."
"Man shutup." She started cracking the eggs.
"I'll cook. You dont have too." I said.
"I got it."
"I want too. You always cook for me now I wanna cook for you."
"Ok. Dont burn down the house."
"Shutup. I can cook."
"Okay. I'll just watch and observe."
"You gon love the blomlet."
"What is that?"
"The Blake omlet. Its gunna be good."
"Hopefully." I looked at her and she started laughing.
"You're so mean."

The omlets got done minutes later. I put Deedee's on a plate and handed it to her.
"This looks good."
"You gon eat it or you just gon look at it?"
"Shutup. Eating takes time." She picked up the omlet and took a bite of it. "This is good. What's in it?"
"My secret ingredients. That's why I call it the Blomlet."
"Well. It's good."
"Why Thank you."
"I didn't know Chris had a son by Marie."
"What? Where have you been?"
"I dont know. What's his name?"
"Cj. Yea. He's a good kid."
"Aw. I wanna child."
"Really?"
"Yea. It might be nice to be a mommy. I know its a big responsibility to have one but still, it looks nice."
"I see where you're coming from." I said while smiling.
"What are you smiling for Griffin?"
"Nothing." I want her to have my first child.
