APHELIOS IS STILL BROKEN!! APHELIOS NERF?

Aphelios is a champion who has controlled the League of Legends meta for awhile now and Riot thought they nerfed him. Well you're going to see that they didn't nerf him enough. Once you get your core items you'll see that Aphelios can still deal tons of damage late game. And the worst part is when you think you have him nearly dead. And then he heals half of his HP bar back in seconds.
