Just about everyone remembers RL Stine's Goosebumps TV series but chances are you have never heard of the Fear Street tv show that only lasted for one episode. In this video essay, I explore the career of RL Stine and the forgotten series pilot for a Ghosts of Fear Street show that aired on ABC in 1998.

Fear Street has recently had a resurgence in popularity due to the three Fear Street Netflix movies: Fear Street 1994, Fear Street 1978, and Fear Street 1666. With Halloween coming up and me being a huge fan of all things RL Stine (especially give yourself goosebumps and the goosebumps tv show) I decided to dedicate a video to the fear street tv show that never was.
