For most of this week, security around parliament and along main roads leading into the city has been tight as Ugandans anticipated the presentation of a report in Parliament on the constitution amendment bill that deals with the age limit. Today, in spite of the heavy police deployment, KCCA councillor Muhammad Ssegirinya staged a red ribbon protest at the main entrance to Parliament.
