Trying one of the Most Famous Sandwich from The States in Recoleta B.A! AT JAY'S

We visited Jay’s in Recoleta (Beruti 2640) and had such a delicious experience! Jay’s is an American-style diner where you can enjoy breakfast all day, surrounded by nostalgic décor and warm, friendly service. The place was born from the passion of Juan Ignacio Collie, who after traveling to the U.S. realized he wanted to bring that all-day breakfast culture to Buenos Aires. 🍳🥓🧇

Carolina tried the Bronx Breakfast – waffles, eggs, and bacon – while I enjoyed a refreshing beer, coffee with cream, and a tuna sandwich. Every bite was D-licious!

At Jay’s they’ve recreated that classic diner ambiance: sports on TV, vintage license plates, U.S. diner staples, and a menu full of comfort food from morning until night. It’s perfect for anyone craving pancakes, waffles, or just a hearty breakfast any time.



Fuimos a Jay’s en Recoleta (Beruti 2640) y la pasamos increíble. Jay’s es un local estilo diner americano donde podés disfrutar desayuno todo el día, con una decoración nostálgica y un trato súper amable. El lugar nació por la pasión de Juan Ignacio Collie, quien tras viajar varias veces a Estados Unidos decidió traer esa cultura de desayunar a cualquier hora a Buenos Aires. 🍳🥓🧇

Carolina eligió el Bronx Breakfast – waffles, huevos y bacon – y yo disfruté una cerveza refrescante, café con crema y un sandwich de atún. ¡Cada bocado fue espectacular!

En Jay’s recrearon esa atmósfera clásica de diner: pantallas con deportes, patentes antiguas, platos estadounidenses, y un menú reconfortante desde la mañana hasta la noche. Perfecto si te antoja pancakes, waffles, o simplemente un desayuno contundente en cualquier momento del día.
