Trip insurance. No one likes to pay for it but it can be the most important thing you need when traveling. Navigating a claim can be frustrating but after submitting two different claims with two different providers (NCL and Allianz) we wanted to share our experiences. One claim involved medical care on board a cruise ship, the second claim was for a total trip that had to be cancelled within hours of us leaving. We hope our experiences can help you if you find yourself needing to final a claim or if you’re on the fence on buying insurance.
