1 Cup Fresh Horseradish Root (grated)
1 Cup Fresh Ginger Root (grated)
1/2 Cup Fresh Turmeric Root (grated)
4 Bulbs of Garlic (minced)
One Whole Onion (diced)
2 Jalapeños
6 Thai Chilis
6 Habanero Peppers
3 Lemons
3 Cinnamon Sticks
Raw Local Honey (to taste)
1 TBS Whole Peppercorns
Raw Honey (to taste)
optional - add oranges, rosemary or thyme for more flavor
