Hey guys!
This week i'm sharing my updated cleaning routine. This year I plan to work smarter, not harder in every aspect of my life - and that includes cleaning my Invisalign. Instead of scrubbing my aligners with a soft bristled toothbrush, i've been using my ultrasonic cleaner and aligner bath a lot more to passively clean my aligners during and after meals. I've found that not only am I spending less time manually cleaning my trays, but some of the new things I've incorporated into my routine have drastically reduced odour r and staining.
