From Foggy Castles to Crowded Rivers – The Shot I Almost Gave Up On

In this video, I set out early in the morning to photograph a castle shrouded in thick fog. What was supposed to be a peaceful sunrise session quickly turned into a battle with the weather, visibility, and time. After struggling to get a clear shot of the castle, I made my way to a river cascade I’ve been wanting to photograph for a long time.

But there was one problem... the place was packed.

With only 20 minutes left before I had to leave, I finally found the courage to step into the chaos, set up my tripod, and make the shot happen. In the end, I had to remove all the people in post, but the result was worth it. This was one of those days where everything felt stacked against me – yet it became one of my favorite photo adventures.
