This Nintendo Switch battery could have been a KILLER!

I've tried to give you a flavour in this video as to what I'd like the new format of these videos to look like going forwards. It'll be tweaked around for sure, but hopefully this gives you an idea. I think it's definitely helped to keep it concise (OMG it's actually UNDER 10 MINUTES!) and hopefully you've found it a bit more engaging. What do you think? Suggestions? This video shows the repair of a Nintendo Switch console with a damaged battery. This battery was struggling to hold a charge and was quite badly bulging - this video shows you how to safely remove it without applying heat (bad idea) or excess prying.
