The HJC i91 might be one of the most comfortable helmets I’ve ever worn—but that wasn’t enough to make it my go-to lid. In this review, I break down exactly what makes the i91 shine (fit, comfort, sun visor) and where it falls short (noise, weight, safety). I also compare it to my Shoei RF-SR and explain who the i91 is really built for.

I bought this helmet in Asia, so I also touch on head shapes and why this surprisingly fit my intermediate oval head perfectly—even though it's made for round heads.
