Very much similar to the first lucid dreaming subliminal, the first 20 minutes is relaxing music, positive affirmations, sounds, and a pure tone of 40hz, after that the video then quiets down and the screen goes black so that you can sleep while listening for the remaining 51 minutes with 35.5+40hz, and 40+44.5hz 4.5hz binaural beats with minimal disturbances.
This video can be used to help you to lucid dream, have intense emotional, insightful or simply just entertaining full length movie type dreams. Really whatever your heart desires it will help you reach said goals in your lucid dreaming/inner mind world adventures.
I chose the whale picture because I thought it was cool.
