Use the map that i've highlighted in the video to collect 60 weeds. Then find Rhobart above the bandit camp and trade him the stacks of weeds for gold and xp. Once he has them all, simply knock him out and loot the weeds from him. Once he wakes up you can repeat this process. roughly 1 hour with 60 weeds will get you 18k xp and 25k gold :)
Do not knock him down with a ranged weapon, this will result in a perma death to him.
Collect his weapons each time you knock him down to sell for more gold later.
Plants do not respawn in the game, so keep those weeds!
