Third -- Don't up your ex's unless she asks but don't badmouth them if she does. Make the explanation short and sweet. Too much elaboration or bad mouthing of an ex is a red flag.

Rich ends the video explaining that you (as the guy) need to be totally interested in the new girl and everything she says and does!
