Caillou Transfers Mrs. Martin's Credit Card Balances To His Dad's Credit Card/Arrested

Caillou had an idea to get his dad arrested, and, as the idea worked perfectly, Caillou is finally happy that his dad no longer ground him because his dad got arrested. It looks like Mrs. Martin doesn't know that it was Caillou who did a bad thing, and she thought it was Boris who did it.
