It wasn’t a long drive from Reddersburg to Edenburg and on our approach we could see the clouds building up in the distance. The first building we saw as we came into the town was the impressive facebrick church. Then we decided to take a slow drive through the streets but that didn’t last very long. A quick but nasty thunder storm with strong winds which is typical of the Free State this time of year, came through the town bringing down electrical cables and we could see sparks coming from the transformers. I was afraid of hail so we hurried to our guest house which was located in a quiet little street. Fortunately, that didn’t happen and we could continue with our exploration a few minutes later. The next morning was a beautiful clear day and because the cemetery was close, we decided to pay it a visit. #DustBugs #adventuretravel #southafrica #southafricavlog #edenburg #freestate #travelongravel #reddersburg
