Just a quick day trip turns into a day and night trip as we decide to go hiking at Shade State Park and then decide to spend the night in the campground. Indiana’s most rugged park and fully primitive campground with only primitive sites and no electric hook ups in the campground. Shower house does have power and heated showers. There is RV water fill and dump stations as well as potable water throughout the campground. This truly is our favorite state park and campground in Indiana.
