This Sunday’s message reminded us that faith is not fantasy it has a foundation, it acts, it aligns, and it fulfills.
From Hebrews 11 and James 2, we saw that faith is the substance of things hoped for and that faith without works is dead. True faith changes how we see, speak, and respond.
Here are the key perspectives of faith:
1️⃣ Faith has a foundation – it’s rooted in God’s Word. Fantasy only vibes with feelings and trends.
2️⃣ Faith acts – “I believe, so I prepare.” Fantasy just waits without action.
3️⃣ Faith aligns with God’s will – it submits. Fantasy tries to force its own way.
4️⃣ Faith brings fulfillment – while fantasy only brings frustration and heartbreak.
Faith is believing that you already have what God has spoken. It’s not wishful thinking, it’s standing firm on the Word. Where fantasy disappoints, faith delivers.
