Wild Blackberries grow on long arching vines that are covered in thorns. They flower in late Spring and fruit in Summer. The berries are 90% water so I decided to make Blackberry Juice by blending them on low and straining out the seeds. The dark purple juice is rich and sweet. I also made Blackberry seed pancakes (though I should have ground the seeds) and a thick Blackberry syrup using the leftover juice.
