This exercise is perfect for lateral movement and warming up the knee. I recommend this exercise especially for anyone who has to play on clay or who is a baseline player at heart. This, in combination with the first set of stretches from Part I, will get you more than ready for a peak performance on the tennis court. Don't ever take stretching before a match or even a friendly rally lightly!
