NKP 765 & PM 1225 double headed steam excursion - Owosso to Cadillac - October 3 2009

The passenger excursion this day was from Alma to Cadillac and return. This video covers the deadhead move from Owosso & the northbound part of the trip.

5:00 am - The 765 & 1225 departing from SRI in Owosso at about 5 am.
5:20 am - Passing the elevator in Carland.
5:40 am - Northbound across Main St in Bannister.
5:54 am - Departing from Ashley MI at Wisner Rd in a little rain.
6:00 am - Northbound at Gratiot St in North Star.
6:25 am - Crossing South St in Ithaca.
6:58 am - Arriving in Alma at State St.
7:15 am - Stopping at Orchard St near Alma College.
9:08 am - Departing Alma northbound at Smith Rd.
9:28 am - The northbound doubleheader seen across the field approaching Shepherd MI.
9:31 am - Pacing the train along Federal Rd in Shepherd.
9:41 am - Northbound at Summerton Rd south of Mt Pleasant.
10:15 am - Passing the Isabella Township Park in Rosebush.
10:51 am - Crossing the former C&O tracks at Clare.
12:17 pm - The train arrived at Marion MI and made a short stop.
12:29 pm - The departing passenger train was followed by a GLC hirail truck.
12:51 pm - The excursion crossing Euclid Ave in McBain.
1:24 pm - The train arriving along the lakefront in downtown Cadillac.
