A video that's hopefully part of a series of videos where I introduce you, the viewer, to a 19th century Philippine province that I've been working on and off on an outdated game for the past ten or so years. This video covers a brief overview of the world and the environment of the central city that gives it its name.
Please bear with me as I have a crappy microphone and an equally crappy speaking voice that even I don't like to listen to :D .

To get the town looking right, you'll need to also look for as many of the attendant CC provided in the link. It's a chore, I know, but well worth the effort to capture the aesthetic of the town.
